A1 carries full general liability insurance and provides certificates naming your company, property management firm, building owner, or any other entity your campus requires as additional insured. We've provided COIs for Fortune 500 corporate campuses, Class A office buildings, apartment communities, and standalone commercial properties across Greater Houston. Do you accept purchase orders or corporate invoicing?
Yes — corporate invoicing is standard practice for A1 business clients. We bill company accounts, cost centers, and purchase orders directly. Invoices are formatted for AP processing — line-itemized by service component, with event date, location, and headcount clearly documented. We also accept company checks, ACH transfers, Zelle, and major credit cards. No PTO chair or office manager needs to put a company event on a personal card and wait for reimbursement.
Can you serve 200–500 employees at a single Houston corporate event?
Yes — our Block Party package handles large-scale events and has been configured for corporate events with 200 to 500-plus employees across Houston campuses. For events at this scale, we discuss campus layout and employee flow at booking to plan service positioning and timing that ensures no single queue point creates a bottleneck. For events over 300 people, reach out 6–8 weeks ahead to confirm availability and build the logistics plan.
Can you coordinate directly with our building management or event planning team?
Yes — and we prefer it. Provide your facilities contact, building management company, or external event planner's information at booking and we'll handle all pre-event logistics coordination directly with them. On-campus access requirements, parking position confirmation, setup timing, and day-of contact protocols are all managed between A1 and your facilities team. You approve the booking; we handle the vendor relationship from there.
Do you serve halal options for Muslim employees at Houston company events?
Yes — A1 Ice Cream is a halal-conscious mobile ice cream truck. Most of our lineup is halal-friendly with no pork products or alcohol-based flavors as our standard. A small number of treats may contain gelatin. For corporate events with large Muslim employee populations, Nadeem communicates the complete gelatin status of every menu item to the event coordinator in advance so the right treats can be featured at the event. Houston's corporate workforce is among the most diverse in the country — our menu reflects that reality rather than ignoring it.
Can A1 Ice Cream add custom branding or company signage to the truck?
We keep things simple and focus on what we do best — fast, friendly ice cream service. We don’t currently offer custom truck signage, branding, or wraps. You’re welcome to set up your own banner or backdrop near the truck for photos, and our attendant will happily work around it.

What is the minimum number of employees needed to book a corporate event?
We require more than 50 people to qualify for a booking. Most Houston corporate events — even smaller team appreciation events — meet this threshold comfortably. If you're planning an event for a small team under 50, reach out and we'll have a straightforward conversation about whether the truck experience is the right fit.
Can A1 serve a Houston corporate event in the fall or winter?
Yes — A1 Ice Cream serves corporate events year-round. Houston's mild fall climate keeps outdoor events viable through October and into November. For December through February events, we offer indoor-adjacent service — the truck parks at a covered entrance, lobby threshold, or parking structure ground level and serves employees as they come out. Corporate holiday events are a growing part of A1's Q4 calendar.
